the way it left.

Every order goes out in moulded paper pulp, never plastic foam, inside a white box tied with cotton tape. Tell us it is a present and we leave out the receipt and add a card in Maud’s handwriting. Tobias can wheel-engrave two initials on any tumbler for £8 a glass.

04Buyer questions

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

£6 for tracked delivery anywhere on the UK mainland, free on orders over £120. Orders placed by 13:00 leave the studio the same day and arrive in 2–4 working days. Highlands and islands add a day.

What if a glass arrives broken?

Send us a photo within seven days and we post a replacement the same week — no need to return the pieces. It happens to about one parcel in three hundred.

Can the glasses go in the dishwasher?

The tumblers, the carafe and the jug can, on a cool cycle on the top rack. The stems are thin enough that we would wash them in warm water and dry them with a linen cloth while they are still warm.

Can I send something back?

Yes, within 30 days if the glass is unused and back in its box. We refund the price of the glass on the day it reaches us; return postage is yours unless we made a mistake. Engraved pieces cannot be returned.

Four letters a year at most. Unsubscribe from any of them in one click.
